Pivot table show detail/drill down new output

Hey all, I just started seeing a new box of text in cell A1 when I show details /drill down into a cell of a pivot table, when it opens into a new sheet. It says " Details for blah blah (whatever the header of data I click)". The table that is generated now starts on row 3. Has anyone else seen this and know if there is a way to avoid this? Apparently this is a new update. Does anyone know of a way to disable this/revert back? It is going to cause a real headache for macros for me.

Try it out and you should see, unless for some reason the update didn't roll out to you yet.

As far as I know there is no way to turn it off (currently at least). I've seen a couple of complaints about it already, though I can see the logic behind the change.

What is the logic behind it?

Having seen numerous workbooks at work that have various detail sheets in them with no indication of what dataset they were supposed to be, I think it makes perfect sense. It is typically MS to just do it without telling anyone or giving an option to switch it off though! You'll just have to program around it.

You guys watch other websites for people posting issues to get help on? How is that any of your business really? You are trying to moderate my life on the internet? FYI, I will post the solution I find on the other sites that I use, that way it reaches an even larger audience, not just one site.
