Talking Data Organization and Calendar Pulling in Multiple Events per Day

    Good Morning!

This is my first time posting, and joined yesterday, but I have lurked for a quite a while on this website. I am seeking some help for my first post.

I am working on a predictive calendar based upon some standard times for given processes. My current build is as follows:

    1. Tab #2 has a list of given lots that will have upcoming deliveries. I have standard days manipulating dates and then displaying the anticipated results in their own column. I have these grouped so they can be collapsed and are organized by different communities.

    2. I am then taking these dates and attempting to have them show up visually on a calendar for quick reference. This will be utilized for load balancing.

    Current Issues:

    1. I cannot get the dates to show up as anything but a generic text that is currently "Shipment". I would like the dates to correspond with the given value in column B, and even include the community headings in column A.

    2. I cannot get more than one occurrence to show on a single day. There may be instances where up to 10 could co-exist at once.

Thank you for any help, ideas, and any knowledge gained!

    Copy paste this into G7:

    =TEXTJOIN(CHAR(10),,FILTER(Data!B3:B62,Data!J3:J62=G6))

Does it return the sort of thing you want? Tell me EXACTLY what you want to see in that cell.

The layout of your source data sheet is not conducive - it would be far better in a normalised format.

Hi Ali! Thank you for your response.

Attachment 870491 - I use a desktop version over 365. I have had a lot of issues in the past with 365. I'm certain it's operator error. This is what I see for my version.

I assumed my data was not well organized, I need to learn a little more on what makes the most sense.

As for what I want to see: I'd Love to see "Community #1 - 8725" and (in this example) "Community #1 - **Template**.

Ideally this updates perpetually, and we receive constant updates on the calendar as it happens. The first input will be in cell F5 (Data Tab) for each of the lots, and then there is a 60-100 day turnaround before we may see an input in cell F7. Then the Anticipated date is generated.

If there is a better way to lay this out I can do so.
