I teach Excel. For a long time now I have been looking for a way to individually share workbooks online. Namely, I would like to create an Excel (not Google Sheets!) workbook template, and provide each of my students with an instance of that workbook in a way that allows me to inspect from my own computer her/his progress in completing the workbook's assignments. To my understanding, some versions of Excel provide a sharing option, but I am not sure that this function aligns with what I am interested in. Also I cannot be certain that such versions are installed on the computers of all my students. I know that certain websites provide a similar service for teachers of programming. Using an excel equivalent will greatly contribute to the teaching and learning in my class.
