    How to get Multiple Vlookup values in to Dropdown list

    Dear All,

    I am trying to enter employees bank loan interest recover detailes in excel sheet ("3-2 Reimbursment" Sheet). For this purpose i use two sheets, one "3-2 Reimbursment" , other "Loan Details". in Account Details sheet, there are many emloyees details and some amployees may have more Loan numbers. (My Excel version is 2016)

    While this purpose, have issues,

    01). I tried to get multiple loan numbers belongs to the emploee (PF No.) in to dropdown list using vlookup function or any other methord (in to "3-2 Reimbursment" Sheet colum "D" in to dropdown list) How to do this? Eg. In A4 Employee number, i try to get loan numbers belogs that number in to D4 cell as dropdown list.

    There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.

    A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. The sample layout accurately matches that of your real data. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.

    Where have you mocked up expected results, given worked examples where required, highlighted relevant cells and added a few explanatory notes?

    In my worksheet, Employee number _ 36224 in A4 ("Reimbursment"). I try to get D4, Loan numbers belongs to Employee number _ 36224 from "Loan Details" sheet. All Loan number should loackated as dropdodn list in D4.

    I removed the VLOOKUP formula and replaced it with a data validation dropdown having the following source:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
