Hey!
I'm looking to take a list of "100" items that we use to mark quantities and when those quantities are marked creating a shorter packing list of only the marked items with their quantity.
I've attached an example of the full list and highlighted yellow of what I would like the list to look like based on current selections.

it looks like I missed the single monitors and double monitors on the list i want to be created. Hence my reason for wanting a formula to do it lol
That isn't something that Excel could easily do without somehow converting the matrixes into proper data sets as shown in Z17:AB21.
What I could set up is a check list of sorts that would help in remembering to include items.
The 'Add to packing list' column is populated using: =SUM(A17:E17)>0
The 'Done' column would be manually populated as items were added to the packing list.
Conditional Formatting in the 'Add to packing list' column could alert you to items that had been missed using: =AND(T17=TRUE,U17="")
