Looking for shortcut to put all tab names on one tab plus data

Hi all,

is there a way to collate all the titles of tabs and the data of one row I have in one spreadsheet and put it into one main sheet at the front.

Monthly, i have to have a separate tab for each account, and a summary sheet at the start showing the data put in. Currently I copy and paste every tab name and copy and paste the link to the data (row 44) onto the summary sheet but this is very time consuming when there is a lot of accounts. is there a function or a formula to be able to shortcut this. I have attached a template document so you can see what I mean.
