Change color of progress when the completed box is selected

Hello all.. I'm not new to Excel but still a novice in all the cool functions it can do. I downloaded a GANTT sheet template and filled it out with some project material. You will see a project start and end date. When that is created it fills in the dates on the calendar with a solid green in the cell. Great. My question is in Cell F3, when I can change the status bar from "Has not started" to "Complete". I want the cell color to change with that selection. Is there a way to address this?

You can add another conditional formatting rule with an additional criteria built into your AND formula.
