Buttons: How to remove multiple copies

I suspect I've run one of my macros from a button and its actions have copied some of my buttons, with macros attached, multiple times onto the worksheet.

How can I delete multiple buttons at once. I am using Mac OS Excel 2021. One thread suggested using Developer > Design Mode, but the latter does not appear on my Excel.
