scroll until end down

hello
i have a strange matter for me
my project that is in everyday use since 2017 has a main table that i add some rows everyday for payments and other transactions
about 10 and more every day. so far from 2017 as i said i am at about 19500. but my scroll bar at right goes until 261999
and cant find why. the most stranger was when i made the test workbook i remove all the data from a2 until o19518
and still my xlsm was over 2mb without any data or even a code in
can someone see something that i dont see it?
the other solution is to move all the data to new sheet make any changes to formating but i am afraid that my formulas will be messed up because i have many sheets depending on this table

Please attach a sample workbook. This will be small enough NOT to have to zip up.

Are you still using Excel 2010? If not, please update your forum profile.

i have started using office 2019 at office because company wanted but i think that 2010 was much better i love that edition and in my home i still using them.
second as i said my sample worksheet even is blanc is more than 2 mb and excel forum dont let me to upload it as the max is 1 mb thats why i zip it

as you said i cut from row 19518 and left until row 46.
now scroll end at 242547 and size of workbook is still over 2mb
what to do i cant upload it the new sample except if i zip it..
now i am at office and use 2019

Perhaps a used range problem. If you click in A1 and press Ctrl+End, then does it goes to row 261999?

Try selecting the entire rows from the row below where the data ends (19501) to the very bottom. Ctrl+Shift+Down
Then right-click and choose clear contents
Then right-click and choose Delete
Click in A1 and press Ctrl+End and see which row it goes to.
