    How to calculate multiple ratios

    Hi,

    I am trying to calculate ratios for clients who work at multiple sites. A cleint may work at 1 or 3 sites and I need a formula or macro which can calculate the percentage of time a client has spent on each site fairly quickly without having to write a formula for each client. I have attached a spreadsheet with the first 2 clients populated.

    Can anyone help?
