Schedule list of attendees into group work sessions based on choices

    Hello!
Looking to see if anyone might know of a way to use Excel/pivot tables to schedule a list of meeting attendees into work sessions based on the two program choices that they have selected?
We have almost 1000 attendees that have chosen two programs each (out of 25 total) and need to break them into AM and PM sessions as evenly as possible.
Thanks in advance for any tips!

Fast answers need visual help. Please read the yellow banner at the top of this page on how to attach a file and a mocked up solution.
