Conditional formatting if two dates dont match but exlude less than 2 days

    Hi There,

    Hope someone can help me.

I have a spreadsheet where i have a lot of dates from two data sets that should match. If they dont match then i want the two dates highlighted.

I have had this working fine, however, recently i have been informed that if the difference in dates is two days or less then it can be ignored, so does not need to be highlighted.

Is there a way to do this?

I was using this formula =AND($BX4<>"",$BX4<>$BY4)

So i basically need the same formula, but not to highlight the cells if the difference is 2 days or less.

I have attached an image of what i currently have, in the example i need the 4th set of dates down not to be highlighted
