I have an image I am trying to set as the background for a cell range.
I need to have the data in the cells displayed in front of the image without having to create text boxes.


I don't want to insert and make the image transparent - I want it to be the background for a specific selection of cells.

OR

If I can apply a color transition to a cell range without it repeating the pattern in each and every cell.

I have cell range of O1:AB39. I want the image as the background OR if I can get a non-repeating color transition in place and still fill the cells with data that isn't hidden behind the image.

The second image is a transition image - from White to Blue. It is more than just blue-grey.
