Transposing Certain Columns into Rows

Hi! I'm trying to figure out how to transpose some data. I have tree seedling counts based on plots, and species and plots/microplots are repeated; however, I want to move the tree species to the top row with the class type just below, leaving only the counts in the middle. I've attached a book with my old sheet to my desired new format. Any help would be great!

I would suggest you use a pivot table
