Merge Two Pivot tables in to one

i have two pivot tables in excel, created these two pivot tables using Power Query first table has Employee, Work order number, Forecast hours. Second table has Employee, Work order number, Actual Hours. there are some common Work order numbers in both tables, and some are not. What i want is to create a pivot table with Employee , all the work order numbers from both the tables, Forecast hours and Actual hours in the columns . How to do this using Power query or Power Pivot or just excel.

It sounds like a full outer join in power query to me.

Re: Merge Two Pivot tables in to one

i am not being able to share the sample file due to lot of steps were involved in developing power query pivot tables.
I have tried Full outer join, its not working, it is is causing to create irrelevant workorder number rows
