Trying to do conditional formatting to format a cell that.
Formula I'm trying to do is column B formats if the date is column A's date + 45 days.
Attachment has column A and B un-formatted.
Columns E and F, and I and J I did 2 slightly different formats. They seem to format, but the data is incorrect in some cells (noted in column G).
Not sure what's causing the incorrect formatting.
You have to possibilties to correct the conditional formatting:
Change the CF-rule: =F2>(E2+45) ==> =F1>(E1+45)
Or change the applies-area: F:F ==> F2:F999999
Reason: The CF rule is initially applied to the leftmost and additionally cell of the area and then it is applied to the other cells of the area by taking into account the $ signs in the formula.
