    Dependent Drop down's across Rows

    Good Day

    I have seen some examples of this across the internet but I am not getting exactly what I need, possibly due to the incorrect approach.

    In the attached workbook:
    Sheet named "TEMPLATE" has dependent drop downs (J3:L3)
    I would like to fill this down to all rows in the template sheet, from my understanding the spill is creating an issue.

    Perhaps there is an excel wizard with the time to assist?
