Can please someone give me the correct formula:

If the outcome is smaller than 250, the discount is 25
If the outcome is between 250 and 500, the discount is 35
If the outcome is bigger than 500, the discount is 45

If (F29<250;25, F29=<250>=500; 35, F29>500;45)

I know the middle is not correct but how to change?
