Hello everyone, I am trying to create a chart in Excel that every day will show the results (as in the picture) and that the columns will be contiguous. I would appreciate your help
The date is only displayed once in the table

English is not my native language sorry for errors
Please correct me if I'm completely wrong
Thank you but, Is it possible to make 6 columns appear, 3 of each result, on the same date?
try to be more creative with your description
There were 6 columns for that day sys, dia
This means there were 3 tests every day

Thanks for the helpBut no, is it possible to summarize 6 columns for the date 17.6.23 (only 1 date each time).
I made a sample on paper![]()
create example excel file with generic source and manually created expected result

I made an example file
But there are 3 same dates (17.6.23) How do I leave one date with the 3 results of that day?
choose one from post#10
I succeeded, but how do I bring the columns that are on the same date close to each other?
That every result will be close in columns?
Thanks
Final result:
But how do I make profits between tests on the same day?
see this one
between each result
sys-dia space sys-dia space sys-dia

How do I do it for all dates?

probably you'll need to add columns with 0 height and defined non-zero width
look at this maybe it will help: Excel Charts: Tips, Tricks and Techniques
try with Select Data / Hidden and Empty cells - choose the best optiob for you

I managed to put spaces
Can you help me, why can't I see the dates below?
Thanks for all the help![]()
re-create chart from scratch
(don't use merged cells)
Yes that's what I did
Thanks
This is the result

Following up on the good work of Sandy, here are some suggestions:
1) Plot the data on rows rather than columns, as new data will continue to be added
2) Put the data in Excel's structured table format so the data source range can expand automatically when new data are added
3) Add in additional columns like "Month" and maybe also "Day of Week" to better filter the chart
4) Add in also Max SYS and Max DIA line to momitoring those readings above the limits
5) I have also added Conditional Formatting to highlight those readings abve the max values
Very nice!!!
Thanks to everyone![]()
I think a line graph is clearer than a bar graph
You are welcome![]()
