    When enter edit mode excel home tab deactivated

    Hello,
    I'm working on the attached Report I need to change the color of the lines that end with 0 in Red and the ones with numbers in Green but once I enter the edit mode of the cell all options in Home Tap are deactivated; can you please help me to find out why!
