A Stakeholder Salience Model Excel Tool
Hello there. My name is Perry. I am a new user desperately looking for a tool I am sure someone must have created at some point. I am trying to find a Stakeholder Salience scoring tool in Excel. I want my users to enter a score into the Power, Legitmancy, and Urgency dimensions and have Excel plot the stakeholder's name in the appropriate location within a Venn. Does anyone have something like this? I can't even find a scoring scheme. Thanks for your help!!! Perry

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook (yellow banner: HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK). Screenshots are of little practical use as we cannot manipulate them.
A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, worked examples where required, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
