Calculate Late and Early Time According to Scheduled time of Staff

I need Help To Calculate Late And Early time in the form of minutes from schedule time of staff.



Here is file where i have to provide to data plz help me to solve it.

=IF(F4="Absent","Off",IF(F4<=E4,E4-F4,"On Time"))

See that If Schedule Out And Actual Out Is Same Then It show 0:00 But I need On time Here Plz Check It
