Help! Moving multiple rows to columns in large sheet

Hello,
I'm a newbie. Please excuse my ignorance as I try to make sense!~

I have a large sheet with a lot of data. (33 Columns, thousands of rows) Column A contains ID #s. There are multiple duplicates as each id# is enrolled in multiple programs (listed in column B). Column C and D represent enrollment and exit dates.

I need to transfer the values of Column B (program enrollments) to multiple columns that correspond to the values of column A (ID #s) and C and D (enrollment and exit dates, correspondingly).
