Hi,
I need to be able to copy and paste several sheets, which include pivot tables, as values AND retain the formatting (including the pivot table formatting)...help! Essentially I need to disable any ability for the user to amend the pivot table and see any of the source data.
I can achieve the values +formatting if I copy and paste pivot tables individually but would prefer to not have to do this as there are many. Would also prefer to not have to use VBA!

Consider saving the file as a PDF. In your version of Excel. File -- Save As-- Select PDF from the list of options.
