Undoing consolidate (Mac)

Hello,

I am relatively new to working on some of the in-depth functions in Excel. One issue I have had is I cannot figure out how to undo a consolidate function or edit it after it has been completed.

Is there a way to undo or edit the consolidate function on Excel Mac (Office 365)?

EDIT: I can delete the data, but I know something is still wrong because the cells are still condensed when I include links to source data.
