Conditional format for entire row

Hi,
I googled and found applying conditional format using a formula is the way to do it.
What I found is to use something like

My problem is that I've several tables (21 tables), and I am searching for the same "TEXT" in each table.
But the word "TEXT" is part of the cell contents and not the entire exact contents.
The other problem is the size of the tables may change at any time according to random needs.
so how to fix this problem?
