Need to exchange big bills to smaller ones with some conditions. Please HELP. :(

I work as a cashier and every morning i have to exchange our money to smaller denomination with the following condition:
-New Quantity of $50 should be 0
-New Quantity of $20 should be 0
-$0.5 cents should be more than or equal to 80 pcs but less than 100 pcs
-$0.2 cents should be more than or equal to 80 pcs but less than 100 pcs
-$0.1 cents should be more than or equal to 100 pcs but less than 120 pcs
-$0.5 cents should be more than or equal to 100 pcs but less than 120 pcs
-Sumproduct should be $500


How can i achieve to automatically calculate new quantity (C2 to C12).
