    Index based on two Criteria Formula

    I want to create an index in my first column on my spread sheet based on two other columns . The two columns are time and date. so If we had

    etc I want to number all the way down over 50000 lines. Can any one help me with the formula please.

    I assume your data is in chronological order like your example. If so put a 1 in A2 and this in A3 and copy down
