    need a conditional formatting formula for this situation

    I have two sheets, Sheet 1 and Sheet 2. In sheet one i have lot of cells name TP, TY etc and in sheet 2 i have cells TP, GH and TY. I want a conditional formatiing formula in a way, i want to color my cells red only which are in sheet 2 column D(later i will add more columns) but need a situation like that.
