Formatting Cells

I have formatted a column to show minus numbers in red. When I import additinal numbers to this column they do not format.

How is the CF range defined ? With an Excel Table , Dynamic Range ?
Post a sample sheet just to be on the safe side ( see yellow banner for how to)

Without a sample workbook I think you must adjust the range for the celformat

Column E is formatted to show minus figures in red. When I add info for next day it does not hold format
