need help to get the totals for sick days per month

i have attached my sheet which i am hoping to use

i would like it to give the the totals number os sick days in the Sheet Sick Days Per Month - can anyone help me please

=SUMPRODUCT(('Absence Updates '!$D$2:$D$14>=$A2)*('Absence Updates '!$E$2:$E$14<=EOMONTH($A2,0))*'Absence Updates '!F$2:F$14)

Thank You this helps, what i have noticed though is if startdate and end date are in different months it does count them, is this possible?

Can i be a pest and ask, would it also be possible to do the same type of table but this time it shows me the employee name and many sick days per month
