Returning highest value and attributing contributor with multiple columns

    Hi There

Seeking to return the highest value and also the indivdual contributor across multiple areas

The data contains 6 columns consiting of Name and the 5 catgeories with their indivdual contributions.

Ive tried using index (column) match (row) match and using the full table as an array for row but can't seem to get my head around it.

    Example attached

    Regards

    Greg
