Office Ultimate Quarterly Meeting Schedule

Greetings everyone, I will try to explain my current situation, I have provided a copy of my current working sheet.

As you open the Sheet you will notice 3 charts, each feed of each one, my problem is the dates will not correspond with the days , I started working it but can?t figure out why it won?t automate the current calendar days

1-Chart 1, Feeds of Chart 2, according to the dates requested, for example # 94 is highlighted, the current date for the Quarterly review is 22/24 May, this should reflect on Chart-1 with the current 5 day work week, leading to the Meeting itself.

2- Chart 2, this is the Master Chart, changing the date on LYS, will automatically change the dates on Chart 1 and 3.

3-Chart 3, will give you an outlook of what time frame each milestone and the dates of those items need to be due by.
