Faster methods to read tables in power query

Hello

I am looking for the fastest way to read table in power query
Which one is faster in power query, when source is

= Table1

so it will read table from query
or

Excel.CurrentWorkbook(){[Name="Table1"]}[Content]

and this mean it will read from the sheet table
or there is another way?
