Tidy up data export into usable format

    Hi there

When I export some data from one of our systems the data isn?t in a useable format. Is there a way I can tidy this up and make it easy to reference the Username (User1, User2, User 3) and the skill levels that belong to each? I feel like this could be possible with get&transform but not properly used it before

A final layout like the one shown in the attachment from column F would be perfect

Any help would be very much appreciated!

    Thanks

Your profile indicates XL2010. I don't thing Power Query was already available.

just for fun with Power Query

    U1 U2 U3
    User1 User2 User3
    CLIENT1 Standard CLIENT1 Standard
    CLIENT2 Standard CLIENT2 Standard
    CLIENT3 Standard CLIENT3 Standard
    CLIENT4 Standard CLIENT4 Standard
CLIENT 5 (Deleted) CLIENT 5 (Deleted)
    CLIENT1 Standard
    CLIENT2 Standard
    CLIENT3 Standard
