I manage a golf group of 35 people. We play 2 times a week and have several "Standard Bets" involved with each round we play.
I have been manually recording the bets each round played and updating the winnings for each golfer individually by the particular bet they won that day.
I am trying to create a workbook that has a "standard input work sheet" that would be used for each round (the bet category and amount of bet won) that I can print as a report that will also post the bet type and the amount won to the specific golfer that winning the bet that day.
That part in pretty part is pretty straight forward -where I'm lost is how to have that information post to the particular golfer and maintains a running total for the season.
In my mind I see this like a weekly sales report showing who sold what that week and then having that information post to the specific salesperson with running totals by product and dollars sold that could be used as an annual report.
I have a basic level of Excel experience and have looked at different ways to accomplish but linking the information to a specific golfer and keeping a running total by golfer far exceeds my knowledge level.
I have attached the foundation workbook to provide a better understanding of what I'm trying to accomplish.
Any direction would be greatly appreciated.
