Possible Excel Malfunctions

Hello,

I continually have small noticeable glitches in Excel (four specifically). However, this one attached just happened right from opening the program today. All I was doing was placing 'All border' in the first 17 rows. Hopefully, you can see the one row does not work. In recent times, I have reinstalled the program (for a non-related reason), and I even tried to apply the border to those cells specifically afterwards and it still doesn't work. I don't know if its an Excel issue or a computer issue. Note, I have had these issues prior to reinstalling as well. Also, opening another new workbook on the second time, it worked just fine.

Any thoughts?

Deleting A2 should solve the problem

Thank you, that worked. How can that be, when I never used the keyboard or entered anything?
