Changing all formulas in a sheet

Hi, would it be possible to change all the formulas in the spreadsheet when changing the content of one cell that is a drop down menu. The formulas are also linked to another spreadsheet.

For example in the spreadsheet attached, the Team member is a drop down list and formulas would be in the date last completed, which is copied from sheet 2. Therefore, when I choose a different team member I want the dates to update automatically.

    How can this be done?

    Thanks

You didn't say much about what you wanrted to see and where... so a guess:

    =VLOOKUP(B5,Sheet2!A:C,3,FALSE)

in D13. Custom Format the cell as 0;-0;;@ to hide zero in the case of Asma. I suspect your Table on sheet 2 is incorrectly set up... as Athmar appears to be on the same row as the headers!!

Re: Changing all formulas in a sheet

    I've uploaded another document.

The problem I'm having is linking data from another workbook. I would like a drop down list of the peoples name in the e learning document and the dates to update automatically in the e learning document when the data changes in the training workbook?

OK Try this out. I'll explain (as required) if it's what you want.

Note: course titles MUST match exactly (name and no stray spaces, etc).

Thank you. What if I don't want to link to to another workbook. For example, I input the dates manually and I want it to change automatically when change the person from the drop down list, so I want to link the tables to the drop down list
