I have 30 employees working for me. I have some performance data on each of them that I would like to disseminate to them individually every couple of weeks. The data are in pivot table form. I thought of doing a mail merge type of report, but that did not work out very well with the formatting. I have found nothing really helpful on the web. most sites just say to put the data in a pivot table. But i would like to not post all of this info for all eyes to see.
