For D55, You're returning column AI from Rekha where column B in Rekha equals "CUSTOMERS ALLOTED", but column B in Rekha doesn't contain "CUSTOMERS ALLOTED", so it returns #N/A
It should read:
=INDEX(INDIRECT("'"&D$2&"'!AI3:AI500"),MATCH($B55,INDIRECT("'"&D$2&"'!A3:A500"),0))

We all do it... refer to the wrong column and spend ages staring at it, totally incapable of seeing the error...
