In the attached sample, in summary sheet, for Quant Large and Mid Cap Fund, the value 2000 should come automatically from sheet SIP.

Why 2000 and not ANY other value (e.g. the 1000 in the same column)?

Since you didn't tell us the criterion for choosing the date... this returns the value corresponding to the highest date:
=INDEX(INDEX(SIP!$D$3:$F$10,,MATCH($B3,SIP!$D$2:$F$2,0)),MATCH(MAX(SIP!$B$3:$B$10),SIP!$B$3:$B$10,0))
As per my thinking. See the attachment.
I have create additional column in SIP sheet month / year
In summary "E1" to "P1" enter month number
In summary "E2" to "P2" enter year number
