    Calculating percentages

    In the attached file, I am trying to calculate the percentage of the sum of items in column a by dividing it by the sum of all cells in columns/cells a1-c3. Obviously the formula that I am using in cell e3 is incorrect. I know that the correct percentage should be 40%. Can someone please help; I am at a loss at this point.

    By the way, I posted this question incorrectly previously. I thought I was having a problem uploading the file but wasn't.
