Hello, as the title says,
I have this number "-1,247.459"
When I paste it into Excel I get "-1,247.46"
And I know that there is an increase decimal button, and it solves this problem,
But is there no way not to Prevent excel from auto round the numbers because I do not want to press this button after every large number that I add
Make the column a little bit wider, will some times help.

Please format the cells with 3 decimals or try format general.

But I do not want to adjust the increase decimal settings for each cell that I paste..
Is there any way to make the program by default accept three digits after the period by default without having to modify the increase decimal button?
You can use this setting for the whole column (or even multiple columns or whole sheet; select first the whole column(s) or whole sheet before you change the settings).
And even if you don't see all decimal places (they are there). You also see that as the number multiplied by 1000.

The problem was solved when I changed the celformat to number and when I selected the all columns and then I could put any number that should rounded after the decimal..
Then I can paste the number in any cell I want and the number will be without any rounded.

HiS2oKa try pre-selecting the range you are pasting to and change the number format to Number and set Decimal places to 3.
Also you can select a cell where you have already applied the increase decimal button and double click on the Format Painter button and apply to the range you want affected.
