I have a list of names in column A1:A20. Within that list , there are names called "Blank". There may be up to 4 of these. In Column D1:D4 I have D1="", D2="B", D3="C" and D4="". This could change.
I need a formula to return the first non-blank letter (B), which is in D2 in Column B next to the first instance of the name "Blank". Then the next non-blank letter (C), which is in D3 next to the second instance of the name "Blank" in Column B.
Is this possible?
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
