Hello guys bassicly i want to vlookup a info and my vlookup to bring precisley if in sheet 2, column b, i can find done status for my project in all the collumn.
In sheet in progress collumn b you find my desired results.

Try, B3=VLOOKUP(A3,MTD!A:B,2,0), copy down.

Josephteh vlookup always bring the first row with resolution for what you vlookup i need to search and bring "done" in b3 not "prelucrare finala" .

Lookup last item, try this: =IF(LOOKUP(2,1/(MTD!$A$3:$A$42=A3),MTD!$B$3:$B$42)="Done","Done","In progress").

Can you please explain me what lookup does if you type 2, 1/

=IF(LOOKUP(2,1/(MTD!$A$3:$A$42=A3),MTD!$B$3:$B$42)="Done","Done","In progress").
