How to cell reference to a named cell

Thank you for responding so quickly! I am using )365 MSO Ver2208! I have attached two very simplified versions of our documents, we deal with hundreds of projects and although we can add new projects to the end of the document, I want to ensure data integrity of project status in the One Pager.
