I am trying to format my bar chart so that any bars above a certain value will be formatted to a certain color and any bars below a certain value will be formatted to another color. A colleague sent me snip of this bar chart but he hasn't sent me the spreadsheet. thanks for the help.

Would you be allowed to add the necessary helper columns for a technique like that?
