Formula for determine timeslots

Hi guys

I have a column A representing the time in this format:

8.23
18:15
22:02
23:59
and so on

And I need in column B to give timeslots to these specific hours, like this:

8:00 - 8:59
18:00 - 18:59
22:00 - 22:59
23:00 - 23:59

Can yopu guys pls help me out here?

Please try in B1 and copy down:

=TEXT(TIME(HOUR(A1),0,0),"h:mm - ")&TEXT(TIME(HOUR(A1),59,0),"h:mm")
