Alternatives to Name Manager when using excel on the web?

Hi, I have created an a sheet in the desktop app that uses Formulas > Name Manager to dynamically show images.
attached is a workbook showing the issue, open it in excel on the web to see the error message in place of the image.

This works great in the desktop excel app, but if you try to view it in excel online then it shows an error in place of the picture
"Excel for the web does not support running or interacting with Camera Tools. To use Camera Tools, open this file with the desktop app."

I assume this is due to excel online not supporting defined named, is there another way I can achieve this same result without using the Name Manager?
