Best way of summarising results from a Likert scale survey?

    Hi

Could you please help with the below as I'm not experienced. What is the best way of summarising results from a likert Survey. For example how can I show:

    - The average confidence for each report type. For example, out of the 8 people that responded, what was the average confidence level for report 1? The workbook attached breaks down confidence into 5 levels > not confident (1) at all to extremely confident(5)2 (if possible please include filters)
    - Confidence per person (clustered bar graph showing all 8 people's confidence levels as a average). I'm not sure if this should be sum or average but i think average is best (if possible please include filters)
    - The sum confidence for each report type shown as a clustered bar graph (the clustered bar graph would show all 5 confidence levels)

In summary, these individuals are meant to present these reports. So I'm trying to figure out in the simplest way who is most or least confident. Which reports have the number of least confident people.
